The board meets 4 times per year to review applications. Interested organizations can submit their applications through the online application. Your application should include the following:

1. Description of the structure, purposes, and history of the organization. It should also describe the basis for the request, the amount requested, and a budget for how the grant will be utilized.
2. A summary of the need for the grant and a budget of how it will be used.
3. Recent financial data such as an independent financial audit
4. A list of the current officers and directors
5. IRS letter of determination
